The Workbook and CD are designed to work together. First, you complete the workbook with your unique beliefs, experiences, goals and desires concerning a love relationship and soulmate. During the Guided Meditation CD, you will be asked to remember a belief, or relationship qualities you wrote down, etc. so that the CD is really customized to your relationship needs, experience and goals.

You specifically define the Love Partner you desire. Through guided imagery and other techniques you envision your soulmate at a deep level of mind and spirit.
