How Do I Release Stress?
The Power of releasing stress is from the inside-out.
Two factors are really important if you want to release stress forever. One, is to calm the mind and learn to achieve a peaceful centered state, both mentally and emotionally. Sometimes walking in nature or calming music can help, but a regular and effective practice can provide you with total release:

Two, learning how to shift beliefs that keep you stuck in stressful patterns. For example, I am unable to pay my bills this month. The deeper fear may be the fear of survival, or the fear of not being capable of providing financially, or the fear of not being enough. It is different for each of us. That is why it is critical to find out what your personal hot points are. Then you can clear those beliefs and corresponding emotions-and move on!
