How can I change limiting beliefs or habits?

Beliefs or attitudes that limit success or personal happiness can be
changed at the deeply relaxed and meditative level. At this level of
mind, you have access to your intuition, creativity and the part of
your brain that does not "judge" as our logical left brain does. What
this means is that we can make lasting change in our lives from the
inside, out. What we tell our subconscious at this level is what our
mind believes to be true.

The steps taken on the CD
and with the Power Your Life Method integrate these inner techniques:

  • First, acknowledge a limiting belief. For example, "I acknowledge that
    I believe that money is scarce."
  • Second, release the old belief at this level of mind. "I let go of
    this old belief, as it no longer serves me."
  • Third, it's important to replace the former belief with a positive and
    healthy one. "I believe that money is abundant. I am increasingly
    prosperous every day."

Transformation of beliefs and habits take place not only in the mind,
but also in your heart, emotions, spirit and body.
