Creating Life Balance
This is a two and one half to three hour program. Included are handouts/worksheets.
There are individual written exercises, as well as partnering exercises with group participants.
Guided imagery and meditations are also an integral part of this program, and help to reduce stress.
Who does this workshop target? The workshop audience includes anyone desiring to create a
healthy balance between work and life activities, as well as to define their heartfelt priorities.
For corporate workshops, employers
understand that when employees are happy and have a balanced life they are more productive and
energetic during their workday.
Another audience may choose this workshop to re-align and to balance their personal life and
activities. Re-prioritizing leads to less stress, greater fulfillment and serenity.

Defining True Priorities
helps participants connect to what Stephan Covey refers to in his
book entitled "First Things First." Often we focus on what we don’t want, rather than
focusing on what we want. Participants are encouraged to look at not only their logical
goals but at their heartfelt goals-some of which they may have neglected or put on the
back burner for some time. Marcie provides exercises to discover the essence and qualities of goals or intentions-the secret to uncovering core priorities that are unique for each participant.
Simplifying Your Life Activities
provides the audience the opportunity to dig a little deeper
and to see what they can let go of that may have seemed essential, and may no longer be
top priority. In this manner participants are able to release precious time for meaningful
activities. Often we forget to nurture the ones closest to us-including ourselves!
Expressing Yourself in Healthy Ways is about accessing and expressing our true nature.
Qualities such as love, compassion, uplifting others, and communicating in positive ways are some examples. How to say yes or no and be true to ourself is another topic. For personal life programs, expressing feelings and improving family or intimate relationships can be topics raised.
A technique called "pivoting" guides people to change unwanted thoughts and feelings to enhance a sense of joy and well-being.
Deep Relaxation and Serenity
will be explored through relaxation and guided meditations with Marcie. The meditations are highly effective for physical, mental, emotional and spiritual well-being. Marcie

Simple Ways of Creating Peace Within
guide the audience to align with core feelings of
peace, serenity, focus, clarity, and well being. A Chakra Meditation helps them align with the energy systems of the body and spirit. Uplifting affirmations are also used during this process
to enhance peace within.
